Its 10pm. The house is quiet. All have gone to sleep, and I’m all by my lonesome. So, what do I do? Catch up on blogging, of course!!
Last weekend I had the pleasure of being a featured creative at the Los Angeles Chapter of Creative Connection (CCLA). What is CCLA? It’s a social connecting point for creative women. We gather once a month with other creative business owners to meet-up, get to know each other, and build relationships. Its all about the support. And as a momtrepreneur, I need all the support I can get!!!
These women have been there when I have needed an extra hand, friendly advice, or just wanted to sit and chat (away from the messiness that is when raising a teething toddler). Most especially Desiree of Desiree Russo Weddings and Emilee of Tasteful Tatters (who is also head of the CCLA chapter) who have absolutely blown me away with their talent and their encouragement. So, Saturday was extra fun because we were all featured creatives together, along with the lovely featured photographer, Deniz of ShutterDee Photography who was kind enough to share photos of the event.
